Joseph P. Petito represents families and individuals in family law matters. His experience includes representing professionals accused of child abuse. He has been successful in many child abuse fair hearings where the original findings of abuse were overturned or modified and dismissed or sealed.
Before joining Sholes Miller Rodriguez & Brown, PLLC; Mr. Petito worked as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Dutchess County District Attorney’s office. He also practiced family law at Petitio & Petito, LLP and was an Attorney for the Child, representing children of all ages in various Dutchess County Family Court proceedings.
